Welcome to our “Yellowstone Trip”. This is our longest motor trip, lasting about 22 days. It will take us through 16 states and about 6000 miles. The skeletal itinerary looks like this:

Planning for this trip has taken place over several months, starting with the reservations inside Yellowstone that were made 6 months ago. From there research into National Parks, State Parks, and other attractions firmed up the plans. Along the way we bought a new travel car, a 2010 Toyota Prius which should make the trip comfortable and minimize fuel cost.
